The official program for LambEx26 has been released, and it is shaping up to be the most comprehensive sheep industry program to date. Set to take place from July 7-10, 2026, at the Adelaide Convention Centre, the event promises to bring the entire supply chain together onto one agenda.
A major highlight for the Drover Ag team will be the Day 3 Breakfast Session, scheduled for 7:00 am on Thursday, July 9th. Drover Ag’s Recruitment Manager, Bec Vickers (Pictured, below), will be featured on an expert panel titled “Becoming the Business that Everyone Wants to Work For”. Facilitated by Nathan Scott, the session will explore what it takes to build a workplace that attracts and retains the very best people in today’s environment. Attendees will hear practical insights from those doing it well, covering crucial topics like workforce trends, recruitment, culture, safety, and leadership. Participants will walk away with clear ideas on how to build a business that people genuinely want to work for – a topic very close to our heart here at Drover Ag.
This year’s event, anchored by the theme ‘Telling Our Stories’, features a world-leading line-up of over 80 speakers spanning producers, processors, researchers, and innovators. LambEx26 Taskforce Chair Jamie Heinrich highlighted that 50% of the keynote speakers are producers, putting real production experience at the centre of the program. The event will also host the LambEx26 AMPC Carcase Showcase, which is the largest lamb carcase showcase and feedback exercise from one cohort in the world.
As proud Gold Sponsors of Fat Farmers, Drover Ag is also thrilled to highlight the early morning exercise sessions on the LambEx program. Attendees can start their day the LambEx way with the Fat Farmers River Run or Pilates at 6:00 am on Wednesday, July 8th, designed to get you moving and set you up for a big day.
Early Bird tickets are currently on sale for a limited time, offering a 53% discount for producers on the full ticket price.
Make sure you check out the amazing speaker line-up, and drop by the Trade Hall between July 7-10 to meet the Drover Ag team. You can find more information from the official LambEx website links below:
