Tessa Eaglesham is the founder of Headland Australia, helping farming businesses across NSW, Victoria and Queensland manage the people and safety side of their operations.
A fourth-generation Merino and Angus producer, Tessa has also worked in HR and WHS within corporate agriculture. She understands both the demands of running a farm and the systems employers need to support a growing team — from employment contracts and payroll through to inductions, policies, safety systems and SOPS.
Through Headland, Tessa helps farm employers put those foundations in place without unnecessary jargon or a corporate approach that does not fit the way farms operate.
Tessa lives on a farm in the foothills of the Snowy Mountains, is a mother of four and a Director of Riverina Gin and AgriDrone. Her work is grounded in lived experience across farming, business ownership and agriculture.
