The Drover Ag difference: Experience. Passion. Results

For more than 20 years, Drover Ag's specialist team leverages decades of practical, on-farm experience across corporate and family agribusiness to find the right talent. We take the time to understand the farm, the role, and the unique needs of Australian agriculture.

Our Mission:

To strengthen Australian agriculture by connecting good people with great opportunities.

We believe every successful farming operation starts with the right team. Our mission is to make recruitment simple, honest, and effective for both employers and candidates — helping rural businesses thrive and people build lasting careers in agriculture.

Our Story

A Team Built from the
Land Up

Drover Ag’s story is people from the land — experienced recruiters and agricultural professionals who understand the realities of life and work on the land. Our team brings together decades of hands-on experience across beef, cropping, mixed farming, and agribusiness operations.

We’ve each come from the industry we now serve. We’ve managed farms, hired crews, and weathered the same challenges our clients face. That first-hand knowledge drives how we approach recruitment — practical, honest, and focused on long-term success.

Today, Drover Ag is proud to have a close-knit team that shares the same values: integrity, reliability, and a genuine commitment to strengthening Australian agriculture. Together, we’re here to connect good people with great opportunities and make recruitment a simpler, more personal experience for everyone involved.

Our Story

Investing in the Future of Australian Agriculture

Drover Ag is committed to giving back to the communities that make Australian agriculture thrive.

Beyond recruitment, we take pride in supporting the next generation of farmers, station managers, and agribusiness professionals through education, mentorship, and regional engagement.

We actively sponsor rural events, field days, and agricultural shows that bring people together, celebrate innovation, and strengthen local connections. Our team regularly partners with schools and training organisations to encourage young Australians to explore rewarding careers in agriculture.

Through these initiatives, Drover Ag aims to champion the long-term growth and sustainability of the industry — helping ensure that rural communities remain strong, skilled, and supported for generations to come.
