Haley grew up on a beef cattle property in central Queensland, giving her inherent experience and knowledge of what it takes to work in the agricultural industry. She has a strong focus on the beef industry within her recruitment efforts. Before joining Drover Ag, Haley gained diverse, hands-on experience in roles including feedlots, as a station hand, mining, and contract mustering. This varied background enables her to understand the different demands placed upon candidates across rural sectors. Now based in North QLD with her growing family, Haley is passionate about agriculture and knows the importance of matching the right person to the right job.
