Having served as a Technical Officer and Grower Services Manager, she has built her career on helping producers improve both productivity and quality. As a Co-Founder of Drover Ag alongside her husband, John Boote, Megan now applies her technical insight and systems expertise to streamline the recruitment process, ensuring Drover Ag delivers consistent, high-level value to our clients.
