Strength in the Paddock, Strength in the Community.

Drover Ag is proud to announce our official sponsorship of Fat Farmers & Active Farmers. Because a strong industry starts with a healthy community.

Our Partnership

At Drover Ag, our business is people.

We know that the success of any farm depends on the physical and mental resilience of the people running it

The integration of Fat Farmers Rural Health Initiative and Active Farmers represents a powerful movement across regional Australia. By supporting this initiative, we are helping to ensure that the farmers, managers, and workers we place have access to the social connection and physical activity they need to thrive—on and off the clock.

"We see the challenges of rural life every day. By sponsoring Fat Farmers and Active Farmers, we aren’t just backing an organisation; we’re backing our mates, our clients, and our candidates. We want to see a rural Australia that isn’t just productive, but healthy and connected."
John Boote - Founder and Managing Director - Drover Ag Recruitment

About Fat Farmers: Rural Health Initiative

Stronger Together

Wellbeing. Connection. Strength.

Fat Farmers: A grassroots initiative that encourages farming families to support one another through physical activity. From "walk and talks" to gym sessions, it’s about "bettering rural Australians' mental and physical health."

Active Farmers: A registered health promotion charity that brings small farming communities together through regular group fitness. It’s about more than just exercise; it’s about breaking the isolation of life on the land.
