Pinion Advisory offer a suite of professional agribusiness HR services as part of their Centre for Family Agribusiness.

Provides a range of training in the area of people development, personal development, leadership and HR management.

Management succession services
A supported succession planning process enhances communication, considers goals and financial position, and develops an action plan for a positive succession outcome.

Advisory Boards
For rural and small business owners who struggle to spend time working on the business and need a sounding board to help make key decisions and set direction. It's like a coach for business management.

  • Farm HR online is a 101 of HR management and employing. Suited for businesses new to employing staff or those who want to improve HR processes within the business, whether they employ staff or family members.

  • HR Contract - Providing an independent, professional and proactive employee engagement process DOWNLOAD FLYER
    For farming businesses who want to formalise their employment arrangements, this service provides you with documentation to support your new or existing employees.
    At the end of the service, you will have the following documents for each role in your business:

    • Job description
    • Letter of offer
    • Agreement
    • Individual flexibility agreement (if required)
    • Annualised wage agreement (if required)
    • Time off in lieu agreement (if required)

    These documents can be developed for all staff, including family and non-family labour.

  • Leading People for Performance and Profit focusses on the people side of farming - communication, relationships and beliefs.

  • Next Gen Program – A thorough 3 year face to face business improvement program where focus is on upskilling and management succession for the next generation.  Two generations do the program and work together on the future.
  • Succession services –  Many of the programs offer succession planning or it can be offered as a stand alone service.  Includes budgeting, strategic planning and communication.

Workshops and sessions can be delivered online or face to face, in groups or with individual businesses.
