How is the client's role different in Short-Term Recruitment?
The primary difference is that the phone interviewing and final candidate selection is the responsibility of the client. We provide a strong, vetted shortlist, enabling you to make an informed final hiring decision efficiently.
Does the Short-Term Placement include a warranty?
No. Due to the temporary nature of these roles, Short-Term Placements do not include a warranty. Clients wanting the security of a warranty on placement can upgrade to a Standard or Premium Recruitment Package.
