A common question is about the Placement Warranty offered as part of Drover Ag’s Standard and Premium Recruitment Packages. The Placement Warranty is valid for 6 months and begins on the staff member’s start date, not the placement date. Our warranties are generous and are rarely used, as they are designed to protect you (the client) in the event that we have failed in our due diligence process and the selected candidate does not meet expectations, has certain undesirable traits, or presents any other issues that we did not identify or communicate.
We will address any warranty service requests quickly and with a thorough investigation. Effective communication between the client and Drover Ag is key. If there is even a small problem, we need to be told. In the first instance we will always attempt to resolve any minor issues by discussing them with you and the candidate, if necessary.
If a warranty claim is made, and found to be legitimate under the terms of the service engaged, we will assist you again in finding another candidate at no additional cost to you.
